What We Saw
• Reputation as the foundation - Without prompting, participants used Ethos scores to filter users, gate access, rank wallets, and add trust signals. It wasn't an afterthought
• The barrier just got lower - Participants with no coding background shipped working demos in 72 hours
• Ethos was embedded, not showcased - The strongest projects solved real problems (fair launches, spam filtering, talent discovery) with Ethos as the trust layer underneath
• Community momentum - Repeat builders led the way and helped newcomers; live judging brought multiple communities together
By the Numbers
• 599 registered
• 108 submitted
