February 11, 2026

108 projects. 72 hours. All building with reputation. The first Ethos Vibeathon brought together builders from across crypto to ship products powered by onchain credibility. Here's what happened.

The Winners

Net New Products Track

• 🥇 Nomos (@nomos_protocol) - Decentralized resolution protocol

• 🥈 Ethos Pad (@Back2Matching) - Fair launchpad using Ethos scores to filter participants

Reputation Driven Improvements Track

• 🥇 Telegram Noise Canceler (@dethective) - Telegram feed aggregator with caller performance tracking

• 🥈 Ethos Pocket (@Magicianafk) - Credibility scores on X mobile

What Builders Created

Beyond the winners, 25+ projects were showcased:

Trust Capital Markets - DeFi research powered by trust and onchain metrics

Soulbound NFTs - Reusable onchain soulbound NFTs gated by Ethos reputation scores

ShhNetwork - Anonymous posts with verified credibility: speak freely, let your reputation speak for you

Ethos Guard - Discord reputation gate to stop bots and scammers

BuilderCred - GitHub contributions meet onchain reputation

Ethos Loppers - A mini game to surface AI slop where downvotes directly impact reputation

CLYR - Find credible Web3 talent backed by onchain reputation

Vibestarter - Crowdfunding with founder credibility powered by Ethos

What We Saw

Reputation as the foundation - Without prompting, participants used Ethos scores to filter users, gate access, rank wallets, and add trust signals. It wasn't an afterthought

The barrier just got lower - Participants with no coding background shipped working demos in 72 hours

Ethos was embedded, not showcased - The strongest projects solved real problems (fair launches, spam filtering, talent discovery) with Ethos as the trust layer underneath

Community momentum - Repeat builders led the way and helped newcomers; live judging brought multiple communities together
